Warranty
Auto Classic LED offers a 1-YEAR non-transferrable warranty on our products. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or exposure to the elements such as water/etc. Our spacer products are water resistant however we do not advertise them to be waterproof. Upon returning the item, warranty status will be approved after item is inspected and cause of failure is determined.
To file a warranty claim, please contact us at sale@autoclasicled.com with your auto classic led order / reference number, a detailed description of what the possible failure is from.
Refund Policy
Refunds on part purchases are accepted within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with what you have received. Item must be returned in all original packaging, with nothing modified or damaged. Refund for return shipping and purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee will be issued once item has been returned, inspected, and tested by Auto Classic LED.
We do not refund soft good purchases such as Tee shirts and hats.

You may at your discretion provide information to us in order to receive information about us, the products or services displayed on this website, to receive information relating to our products and services or to be involved in promotions or other activities undertaken by us. All information will not be used by others, or be reproduced, published, transmitted, displayed modified or distributed.

Auto classic LED may send you a follow-up email after your purchase to determine your satisfaction level with the purchase. This is a one-time email and you are not being signed up for any mailing subscription list. You do not have to submit any feedback, this is purely optional.
